Passing a Shell of A Bill: Congress’ Secret Plan to Ram Through Health Care Reform

Leaders in the House and Senate have a plan to pass President Barack Obama’s sweeping health care plan by Thanksgiving without any significant participation by the American public. Health Reform Is Spelled F-O-R-C-E

Earlier this week, doctors, nurses, and medical techs took to the streets in Albany, N.Y. to protest an edict by the New York Department of Health that all health care workers whether on public payrolls or private practice must be vaccinated for flu and H1N1 swine flu.

Does the federal government have the legal authority to order mandatory vaccinations? For employees and members of the military, probably. Mandatory anthrax vaccination for all members of the U.S. Armed Services has been upheld in federal court. Then again, how would you react to a mandatory order from your employer to get vaccinated? Private employers couldn't do that. You would be protected by laws passed by government.

The same big government that wants to order health care workers, whether employees or not, to get vaccinated. All states require certain vaccinations of children. But how far should this go ? Combined injections, using thimerosal (mercury), expanding the traditional list (mumps, measles, etc) to HIV----all these concerns have recently raised public doubts about mandatory vaccinations. Interesting Statistic Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law, St. Paul , Minnesota, points out facts of 2008 Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Democrats: 19 Republicans: 29

Square miles of land won by: Democrats: 580,000 Republicans: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by: Democrats: 127 million Republicans: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Democrats: 13.2 Republicans: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won by Republicans was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.

Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare.

Professor Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the"complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy,with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

Obama Violates the First Amendment

Famous Supreme Court Justice Hugo Black once stated, “I am for the First Amendment from the first word to the last. I believe it means what it says.” In part, what it says is that, “Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech.”

To prove how serious the authors of the Bill of Rights were about this indispensible freedom, they gave Americans the ability to defend the right by force if necessary in the very next Amendment.

Even given the historic support from the High Court for the First Amendment and the means to defend it given by the Founders, this past week the Obama Administration violated its oath to uphold the Constitution by issuing a decree abridging the First Amendment right to speech.

In a memo to private health insurers from a senior official at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) the Obama Administration issued a decree ordering them to stop informing Medicare beneficiaries that health reform legislation before Congress could hurt them and curtail their benefits if enacted.



The memo went on to say that the government might take legal action against insurers that are mobilizing opposition to the legislation by sending “misleading and confusing” messages to seniors. Read full article:

Vets, remember your Oath! Our Flag needs to be re-righted!

Dear Vet, I retired from the United States Air Force after 24 years of service. I would have stayed in longer if I could've. I took a Solemn Oath to protect and defend the Constitution of these United States of America, some 35 years ago, and every time I reenlisted thereafter. It was a great honor, but then, America was still America back then!

That Oath didn't end with my retirement. I don't expect I'll be defending our Constitution against enemies foreign now, but I'll be damed if I'll sit idly by while this marxist, usurping illegal alien, rapes our Constitution, surrounds himself with communist, mad scientist, radical population control advocates, racist thugs, goons, and anti-american bullies and thieves!

Bills are rammed down our throats before they're read and against our will! He has bankrupted our nation and is still spending trillions that we don't have. How can you spend cash on clunkers when you don't have any cash to start with? I don't even want to get into Obamacare.

I don't know what the future holds, but I don't like the path we're on. I made it through those 24 years with barely a scratch on foreign soil. Ironically, there may come a time when my blood is shed on this American soil in defence of our Constitution. If so, SO BE IT...I Swore an Oath! How about you?
